I have enjoyed 24 years of success in the Behavioral/Mental Health and Coaching professions. COSMH works with parents, schools, organizations & their student athletes to provide support, tools and coaching directly to families in creating a Mental Health Safe Environment and developing Forever Maintenance plans.

 

As a result, dreams, goals and outcomes are achieved by our Student Athletes & their Families as they learn to manage and apply their playbooks in Social, Academic and Athletic settings!
